The average home inspection will take between 2 to 4 hours.  That depends on the size and
condition of the house.  It is not mandatory that you be at the inspection, but it does help us
convey what we find to you.  No matter how well we write, sometimes the idea just does not
translate well.  Of course if you can't be there, don't worry.  We are always available by phone
or email and you will get the same high quality reports whether you can make it to the
inspection or not.  We pride ourselves in providing you with, not only a quality inspection but
also a great experience.  We want you to leave knowing that you made the right decision in
